Update: I did not get the job

I asked who they went with and what are they charging. They said they went with "All LC Pro" there bid was $796.00 A month (weekly). It sucks i didn't get it but, i am going to go watch these guys mow i want to see there faces when there done. Ha-Ha they are going to find out they under bid the job but o-well.

You bid $989.00 a month and they bid $796.00. That's $200 a month cheaper than you! WOW. It sounds like they are going to be in for a surprise.

You don't want EVERY job. You especially dont want jobs that are unprofitable.

It would be fascinating to know if there were any other bids even cheaper than that. Maybe they went with a middle bidder. If you get a chance and can talk to that association, it would be interesting to know.

It will also be interesting to know how they do over time there.

What is your reflection now on going through this process? Do you feel you learned something from it?
