Release of Liability Form????

So we are expanding from not only lawn care but some basic construction repairs and tree trimming. A new clint would like up to put a new roof on her small shed. The shed you could not be hurt falling off of it as for it is so low to the ground. Our company is insured but we are thinkin about a Release of Liability form. Has anyone drawn one of these up that maybe you could post on here for us and other to see and maybe go off of with an idea???

Our company is insured but we are thinkin about a Release of Liability form. Has anyone drawn one of these up that maybe you could post on here for us and other to see and maybe go off of with an idea??? Who would this form be for? Who is releasing liability to who and why?

It would be for the customer to sign on small construction jobs etc etc.

So you would want them to sign a release of liability so you could not be held liable for any types of problems?

Could you tell me a little more about this and what made you think of doing this?
