Weed Problem - Please Help

I'm being invaded by these weeds (pic's below). I just can't seem to get rid of them. Does anybody know what this is and how to get rid of them forever without digging up a few acres of yard and flower beds? They are also growing on my lawn, septic bed and around my water well used for drinking so chemicals leaching into the well would be a serious concern. Any ideas ? Thank you in advance.

Thanks Steve. Information from your link indicates it may be Asiatic Pennywort (Centella, Coinwort). Now I need to find out how to eradicate the pain in the "donkey" .

I find Google invaluable. Type in Asiactic Pennywort and see what you get.

Actually, its the first thing I did after discovering the name. All fingers point to "Gotu Kola", a herb I'm very familiar with which by the way is not what's taking over my yard. Looks like it but its not the one. The leaves on this weed gets as big as a spade but "Gotu Kola" does not. I'll keep looking. Thanks for your help.

Found it. Its called "Coltsfoot". Now I need a flame thrower.
