Garden Cleanup Pic

I got a call a few days ago from a customer who's already had me clean his garden. The weeds came back, so now I was hired to do it again, & do the garden in his backyard also. I'm putting weed block in the garden where the deck is, then I'm doing the front yard garden. If my helper does the front, I was hired to paint the fence also, should be fun. Then I get to do gutter cleaning right after, & sealing the fixtures on the roof.

Lawn care business tips

WOW great pictures and good for you for offering all these services! How do you let the customers know you can do all these things? Are they aware of it when they first call or do you inform them later?

Well they assume I do all sorts of things when they call me, if I'm not to busy I'll take on a job & even try something new.

Weeding came out of nowhere really, & now it's a big money maker. In just a couple of hours you can make some really decent money. All you have to do is be comfortable with getting dirty & using your hands, the job will fly if your not scared of insects or dirt like some people lol. Gloves are only good if your dealing with thorns. All I recommend is a spade to start, your toolbox for garden work will grow as you learn what you need. I also like to think about presentation when customer sees my work, I like the soil to be flipped & fresh looking, then leveled out.

I didn't get to go back today because of the rain, but I'm excited to get back to work on this project, the customer is a great guy & is very friendly. He owns a business, installs hardwood floors. He'll blast the music on his construction radio for us while we work, it's great!
