I found these a couple years ago, and I went crazy!
I put them everywhere I could think. Resturaunts, Gas stations, any store front that would let me put the card holders on the front of their business. I put them on my car car/truck my realtor signs. (Cheap Advertising)
I got so much new business selling homes and everyone wanted our Outdoor Business Card holders that I just started getting them and sell them retail, I do have a distributor price list too if anyone wants bulk orders or just sell them for me.
People see the advertising on the car/truck but never have a pen or the time to write down the information. With the Take A Card it makes it so Simple.
Don't Miss New Business!!
Water Resistant Heavy Duty Product.
Thanx!

Artie,
How did you find the experience of going from selling homes to running this business?
Does this feel more entrepreneurial than being a realtor or do you feel they both were entrepreneurial?

Still Selling New Homes, One of the top ten in the state even with the econemy the way it is.
(My wife and I run our Out Door Busines Card Holder Business)
I have always been a entrepreneurer. You have to think out side of the box and try new thing even if you think they are dumb! I have found very inexpencive ways to advertise with very little money.
I will go over a bunch with you one day. I have nothing to hide always willing to help slow moving businesses get back on track. Its great to help people and one hand will always wash the other!!!
Thanks Steve, I look forward to talking to you one day!
Thanx!

Artie,
It seems to me that Realtors really understand the value of talking to people. They really know how to brand themselves.
What advice do you have for new start up businesses who want to reach out to others in their community but just arent sure how to do it or what to say?
Are there any good ice-breakers they can use?

If I had just started a new Business I would get out there and talk to every business owner out there and trade sources. If you are un confertable. Dont worry you will get better each time. The more times you get in front of a buyer you will ctreate you own script. Main thing is to get your face out there over and over and over!!!
WOW I have so many ice breakers, First thing first make your buyer feel like you are the best freinds. Read the buyer, understand there hobbies, what kind of car they have, clothes, hat, hair, bold. MAKE THEM LAUGH AT YOU! MAKE SOME JOKEs! (CLEAN ONE AT FIRST SO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE WARKING WITH)
ADAPT BE LIKE THEM!!
I can go on and on!!!
I have one freind that started his landscaping business a couple weeks ago, I got him 10 new accouts last week.
Be freinds with everyone and they will get you new business.
MAKE SURE YOU ADVERTISE AND TRY TO STAY CLEAN! HAHA
Thanx Guys!!
