Parking Lot Cleanups

I have 1 c-store I am cleaning the parking lot for. I was just wanting to know if anybody else is doing this and how do you figure your price. I am charging this one 1hr. Its just 1 time per month.

I know the company I used to work for maintains a lawn at a gym, & charges an extra fee for picking scattered trash.

Yes, Cleaning up paper, cig.butts and then blowing the parking lot to get rid of sand and such which has been carried in on tires and the wind.
I do mow for this c-store and I do blow the grass clippings each time I mow.
But I also do the whole parking lot at an extra cost to him.
