I watched a few minutes of this interview and decided it was too long (1 and a half hours) for this long a day. I have heard of him and know of some of his accomplishments. I have put in 60 hours since Saturday and am interested, but not that interested. It would be a great rainy day project and would be interested id completeing it then. Could you link it or put it in the video section of the forum? Steve

Elon is very intelligent. I watch his interview on t.v. the other day. The things that go on in his mind are endless...

He wants to mass produce the Tesla electric car. He said that it would cost him about 450 million to do this.
He has taken his own money, about 70 million he thinks so far to start a concept and produce some of these cars. Right now his car is sold for a 100thousand. The more he produces the more the cost will go down and be affordable to everyone. His car has the speed (faster than a Corvette), look and longevity to be here for a long time.

He told the government that he needs about 450 mil to get this project going to the mass and they said not yet... Duh- they just gave billions to GM, Chrysler and they are still going bankrupt. Good move on there part.

The government is holding everyone back to keep everyone on edge. My portfolio has lost a ton and I don't even look at it any more. I just tell my broker to stay diversified and I'll call him in about 20 years for my millions.

Time to retire and enjoy my boat. Her name is RELAXATION. Boy I can't wait.
