i am totally drawing a blank here, where can i find one of those timers to put on the mower so i know the usage. i am searching all over, but perhaps i am not calling it the right thing. i tried equipment timer and a few others, but no luck

I just completed the class myself(and passed with honors by the way, lol) It does have several key things I had never thought about and gave me a ton of insight on how to deal with customers who are non paying and how to become a better lawn care operator. Thanks Steve for all the work you've put into helping the rest of us!
