Sod Installation Template??

Hey guys I landed my first sod installation client and I was wondering if anyone else does this sort of thing? Mostly I'm looking for a contract template for this sort of thing!!!?!?!?! Tips and suggestions welcomed!

We are coming in and preparing the site and installing sod in there front and back yard. We are pretty comfortable with this as we have done it before. Mostly I need a contract template...because we have never done this as a company before.

And I am always looking for some time saving pointers...if anyone had them...or hind sight is 20/20 revelations from anyone who may have goofed up.
