Our book of the month is the story of Google. Larry Page and Sergey Brin were college students when the started playing around with creating a search engine.
Within a handful of years they went from college students to billionaires. Now this didn't just happen because they created a search engine. It happened partially because of the search engine but also partially because of strong business management. Neither Larry nor Sergey wanted to answer to anyone. They thought they knew it all. But the venture capitalists who invested millions into the company demanded a seasoned veteran run the business and help the founders develop the business to it's maximum potential.
Now how does this help you? Well I just want you to consider how your business could grow if you allowed yourself to take advice from others who know more than you. Don't be so hard headed that you stifle your own growth. Too many business owners do this.
I also want you to see how important it is to have someone manage your business that knows how to manage. Entrepreneurs are great at exploring and creating but most aren't good at managing. Don't fear this. Find people who are good at managing and you will grow.
