Blaine, I like it a lot. The first thing that stands out to me is that you picture is there on the front page. That is fantastic! How often do you see the owners of the lawn care business on the front page? I rarely ever do. I think it makes your service seem personal. That will help you reach out to more people.

do I have to pay to add it to the search engines?
how do I do that ?
I know there was some type of discution on this a while back but can't find it.

Actually just having it posted here will help your rankings. You can also go to the different search engines and do a search for 'submit url.'

For instance at google its this http://www.google.com/addurl/

Ok. I submitted my url to google, yahoo aol and a bunch of other search engines.
but if I search quick & clean lawn care all I get is my videos and myspace.
how do I get my website to come up on the fist page? Is that somthing that just takes time ? I post a link with my craigslist add and on myspace.

Yea it takes some time for all of that information to propagate. Give it a few weeks and see if it changes.

Its showing up on the google search first page now, by searching quick & Clean lawn care , but if I put in new orleans lawn care or landscaping Its so far in there I never found it.

If you want to focus on key words like "new orleans lawn care" you really should consider putting it into your title of each web page. Also include it more in text in your page. Search engine optimization is an art form but this should help guide you.
