Lightbulb Slogon or tag line

Hello I wondering what your opinions are about having a tag line that says

We mow over our competition?

or is it best to not mention competition at all?

Thank you
Justin

Lawn care business tips
I think it's a very creative slogan but I am sitting here thinking if I were the consumer, what would that mean to me?

It might not mean anything to me. What would the consumer get out of knowing you mow over your competition? Do you have thoughts on that?

I am thinking the slogan should be more of what will the consumer benefit from choosing you.

Tell me your thoughts on that.

Default Hmmmmm...

I think I am gunna have to go with steve on this one. What benifit does that really give the cust.? i am no expert by far, but i just dont think when they read it, it will make them say this is the guy i need. It sholud be something that says who you are and what that does for them. Not sure mine does that either, but it does show what i will do for the cust. and what to expect from doing business with me. Mine " Dependable, Professional Quality, Always."[/i] Just my thought's man hope they help.

What are others using for their slogans? Is it something that tells the customer what they will be getting if they choose you? Does it explain how you stand out?

Yes that is really good! It shows how with the same business name, a different slogan can help you target a different customer base!

This should really make us all think how important a slogan can be!
