weed control license - Illinois

Im in Illinois, looking to expand next year and offer weed control to my industrial clients. Does anyone have any info on getting a license in IL? I looked on the i-net and cant seem to find actual info on what is needed and so on.

Search for Applicator's License.
From a peliminary search, it looks like commercial license is $60/year for a 3 year run.
To get a license you have to take their test and also meet insurance requirements.
