Default Letters to lawn care business customers and property managers

Letters to lawn care business customers and property managers.

One of the letters was sent to us from our friend Patrick and he wrote "The other day I was doing random searches on Google trying to find different groups to whom I could market our services... of course, Property Management Groups were high on my list. I found TONS in my area... Here's what I did: I visited each one's website, took note of the contact person, and then emailed them personally, adding their name to the salutation... Here's what I wrote:"

This is a great lawn care customer letter our friend Gary shared with us. He created it and sent it out to his lawn care customers to let them know his policy on canceling lawn care service. Too many of his customers were canceling the day he showed up, because of a drought so he created a policy and let them know they will need to cancel earlier or they will be charged.

Here is a letter to help you try to collect late payment and it lets the customer know if you don't get paid, you will be taking them to small claims court.

As always, run any letter that involves legal matters, by your attorney.
