Default Unkept lawns and foreclosed homes in your area?

Are there many unkept lawns and foreclosed homes in your area?

I was wondering, if it is a problem in your area, what if you decided to maintain at least the front yard of a problem bankrupt home in your area?

Could you get media attention for it? Could you use that as a way to market yourself as a caring lawn care business owner to the neighbors in that area?

What's your view?
