Hey Guys My first commercial property bid!

Was curious to see what you would charge for a 15000 sq ft. property that include chemicals such as weed control and fertilizer and regular maintenance. What is a solid quote.

Lawn care business tips

I would do $50.00/cut and $75.00/Treatment (around 6-8 treatments). Most companys want a per cut not a total year price.

do you have some commercial properties TnT? If so how have they done for ya?

Have you put a time estimate on it? Can you compare it to anything else you cut?

Yes I have a lot of comm properties. The only problem is that you can be out bid at anytime. So beware! and don't base year to year that you have these. Watch out for the LOW BALLERS
