Kiss, what have we learned from them

I thought this video started in a fantastic way. Fade from black to the text: "Everyone thought we were crazy...." Fade out... Fade in... "We Are." How has the band kiss effected you? Have you learned anything from the band?

Lawn care business tips

Here's what we can all stand to learn: They were VERY good at what they did... They MADE themselves get noticed.... They worked the crowds... the label... the groupies... They're ALL rich! What does this have to do with lawn care? Get good at what you do... start small... underprice if you can and have to on occasion... do it for the experience... Then GET NOTICED! *Do something spectacular... Something memorable... And then do what you do even BETTER! WHat am I trying to say? If you stand up in a crowded restaurant and yell out "May I have your attention please?!?!" while standing on a chair, you'd BETTER have something to say when the people stop and look at you!

How true or at the very least, don't be afraid of being made fun of when your message doesn't connect.

One of the things that fascinates me about successful entrepreneurs is that they are people who learn by doing. There is no class that can teach you to succeed the way Kiss did and then you can follow the steps and succeed.

You have to learn as you go.

I think there are certain fundamentals that will help everyone in every field.

They do things others are afraid to do. Which beckons the question, have you ever wanted to try something different with your business but you just never did because you were afraid of how people would react? If not the business you are currently running than what about another business idea?

Here is something else I thought that was fascinating.

The song "God gave rock-n-roll to you" was originally created by a band called Ardent.



Then Kiss redid the song for the film Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey in 1991.

Kiss' version really stood out and grabbed so much more attention. It's amazing what a little showmanship can do for your marketing and business venture.
