Lawn care business tipsLawn Care Business Book
usually there is 700sq ft per pallet. So I would tell him $700.

If I were you I would talk him out of buying it himself since you can get the contractors discount. Plus your customer shouldnt know the price of sod anyway. when ever someone asks,I dont say anything and I just say around there. They usually guess like 5x higher than I really pay and I just say around there. lol

Thats funny I see this thread because I just did a tearout for a sod job today.

If I am reading his post correctly? He is gonig to install just ONE Pallet of sod? I think $700.00 is way to much for that. I need some more info on this! Do you have to remove any sod that is already there? Give me some details on the job I will quote it for you. You will want to do the job by a FLAT RATE.

I know that I have been gone for a while working hard.. Barry how is it going? I wanted to know I gave a customer a price on a job for 3 palets of sod for $900.00 each skid was $120.00 and she said no that was too much money... Was the price I gave her too high?
