You know what would be awesome if you could show us a few examples of projects and then tell us a price range you feel an lco shoould charge for such projects. And possibly why.

It would be a great learning experience.

Oooops, my partner will not go for me posting our invoice.
Here is the total cost of this project. $16,900.00 plus sales tax.
This includes steps, pavers, walls, columns with electric ran in them, patio furniture, landscape and clean-up which included grading and laying sod where bobcat tore up yard.

P.S. a fault of this job is the stepping stones. Here a customer is spending 16k on a patio and they have to settle for these little junk stepping stones!
