Hello Everyone,

Steve asked me to stop by and introduce my self and offer some information to you that would be very helpful in getting you started with your lawn care business.

My name is Russ Falkenburg, President of Dreams International Incorporated, which is a photographic and authored works company that offers small business consulting with an emphasis in the arts. The art of business is our main focus. We are located in Lexington KY.

You can learn more about our small business solutions at www.russfalkenburg.com and see an overview of our current operations. And there is a power point presentation located at (copy and paste or visit the website)

http://www.russfalkenburg.com/IncorporateYourLife.ppt

This presentation will give you a better understanding of how the working man can start a business for weekends (such as lawn care) and take full advantage of tax and legal protections that full time businesses do by incorporating as a Sub Chapter S.

If you are going to offer a service, then protect yourself, and if you are going to need capital, then maximize what you currently have by reducing taxation and use your money dollar for dollar.

Please review the presentation and feel free to contact us with any further questions. We can assist in website creation and domain names/letterhead & logo design/market strategy and wording/business plans/ and pretty much anything necessary to assist in building a solid foundation for your new business to ensure success.

Due to the fact that I am a fully funded debt free company that operates out of my home, our fees are very economical. We can conduct business with you via the internet, email and phone, so location is of no concern. We also accept Visa/Mastercard for your convenience.

Thank You Steve for allowing us this opportunity to share and for caring for your readers and customers enough to continue to seek out better information to get them in the right direction.

I also recommend some reading to all my clients to get you started, and that is
"Think and Grow Rich" - Napoleon Hill
"The Richest Man in Babylon" - George Clason
"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" - Robert Kiyosaki

Readers are leaders and self education is a key necessity for success. Turn off the TV, make the time, organize your life like a business and start reading. Note: Keep all reciepts, education is a key tax deduction for everyone.

We are not accountants, we are entrepreneurs and consultants.

Have a most wonderful day.

Sincerely,

Russ Falkenburg
President

Lawn care business tips
Russ,

Welcome to our forum. It's funny you should mention the Rich Dad, Poor Dad book. I have heard about this book for quite some time and I just got it the other day. I really am enjoying it.

I also added your book list to our book list here.

Here is a link to one of your videos.

Here are more of your videos. http://youtube.com/user/DreamsInternational

With all of your experience so far talking with entrepreneurs, what do you find is the biggest mistakes people make?

Also do you have skype.com? You should get it. It's free and we can get you to join in on some of our podcast conference calls in the future.

The biggest mistake many business owners make, is that they try and run a business like their life, which is sometimes a mess, rather than run their life like an efficient business. One must conquer oneself first through education. Einstein stated a problem could not be solved at the same level of thinking it was created. That in itself is a cry for self education.

The next issue is marketing. Everyone thinks that their idea is going to change the world simply because it exists, but if people don't know you exist, then your message remains a mystery. People are just people and you have to let them know you exist, because they are too busy and won't look for you.

thirdly, in the information age, a business owner can acquire all the knowledge they can handle, but without proper application, then it is useless. Try try again. Failure is only failure if you don't apply the knowledge and wisdom from the mistake to move towards success.

I speak from experience in all these matters and success is in the journey, and the journey lasts a lifetime.

Thanks for posting the video, there is a part two to that one and we are on Myspace www.myspace.com/rfalkenburg
and YouTube http://www.youtube.com/user/DreamsInternational if you desire to see more of our video series "Thinking for Yourself" We post every Wednesday and are in week 12.

In the next month or so we will be getting to the hard core of business basics and right now we are finishing up goal setting and self awareness.

I have read 6 Rober Kiyosaki books and he has been a tremendous teacher in the business and financial aspect for me personally.

Have a most excellent day.

Sincerely,

Russ Falkenburg

Russ,

Great stuff! I just got Rich Dad Poor Dad. Are Robert's books different? Or are they all pretty similar?
