Weed Killer

Hi, I am having a problem finding a good weed killer, I don’t know if it is just the local suppliers or what but I can not find anything that just works, I would like to here from you guys on what really works, and if it is available at local suppliers or online, well any advice will be appreciated Thank you TradeMark Lawns www.trademarklawns.com

This is the first question that must be asked. If not you can not apply anything to yards. You can offer the product for sell to customers but they will have to do the application.

No I am not a licensed pesticide applicator. So what you are telling me is I would have to be licensed to apply weed killer! well if so how would I go about getting that licence? thank you guys..

The times are changing and licensing is required more and more for hazardous stuff like fertilizer and pesticides. There is a good reason for it, mostly because of environmental impact resulting from applicators not knowing what they are doing and out for a quick buck.

Check with your state department of agriculture or run a search on your state and pesticide licenses.

If you don't have a license, big fines and cleanup costs can result, possibly impact your ability to obtain liability insurance, and lots more.

How about for Illinois (DuPage County)? I have searched and searched, but could not find anywhere that states I must be licensed or if I have to be, how to go about it, who to contact, costs, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
