Here's a flyer I designed for a LCO I'm working with. This is the first in a series of flyers that will go out over the next few weeks. Each subsequent flyer will have the same offers and will reference the previous flyer, but it will be just a little bit different. It will let them know this is the 2nd or 3rd time the offer's been made.
Also, you should look at your flyers, direct mail, yellow pages ads, newspaper ads, etc. as a salesman. Would you send your salesman out the door and tell them not to say more than 200 words? Of course not so why would you do the same with your marketing materials. Use every bit of space you have to convey your message and get them to pick up the phone.
