Every year our town has a St. Pats parade. St Pats is very big around here. Around 2-3 thousand people show up to this each year. Well heres my delmia. Every year i am in it. I take my truck, which is lettered all up, and trailer. Very professional looking and all. But i am trying to think of a way to utilize this. Last year i tryed tapeing small business sized flyers to small cady bars. that didnt work out to well. They all pretty much blew apart as soon as they were thrown. What do you guys think??

hire a few people to give them out to the crowd while the parade passes. When I worked at Dominos Pizza, they did this one year, and it worked great! You would be surprised, try to get a friend or two to help, and buy them some green beer!!

Hi maelawncare,

I was thinking how about creating a fun atmosphere and doing something memorable. This is an off the wall idea but how about have everyone dress up in clown costumes. With makeup. Even you.
Have the other clowns walk around the truck waving at kids. Maybe have them hand out candy. Or candy attached to a ribbon tied to a balloon. You could have someone in the back of the trailer making these as you go or you could have the trailer full of them.
Take pictures of this to send to the local papers if they didn't take pictures already and see if they might use them to help promote what you did even further.
Maybe you could even take the blades off your mower and dress it up a bit with balloons and streamers and have someone in a clown suit drive it ahead of your truck and then at times around it while they are waving at everyone.
