having trouble downloading home selling flyer

i am trying to download the real estate selling home flyer. i want to download it and edit it in microsoft word, but it keeps coming as compress zip or winzip, and i dont understand those, everything is divided up. What do i need to do in order to get it to download in microsoft word so i can edit so i can send it to real estate companys to give to the home seller

the format used is proprietary to openoffice so you must use the program to edit it. I think that the author should choose a format that can be edited by openoffice and microsoft word, i.e. the .DOC format. Hint Hint author!! Openoffice can save to many formats.

Matt, you can download openoffice.org for free to edit it.
