Our web show, The Landscaper has been filming quite a bit these days, and we dont want the show to get stale, so to throw a bit of variety into the mix, we have come up with what we think is an interesting idea for an episode.

A Healthy Landscaper

This episode would be focused on how to stay in good enough shape, mentally and physically to perform the tasks that someone in a labor induced field of work may have to deal with.

a survey poll has been made here...
http://unitedenvironment.com/phpBB/v...ic.php?p=39#39

We have already signed a deal to have a professional massage therapist on the show as well as an excercise trainer.

Now the main reason for this post is to find out what things you guys do to stay healthy in this business. please share your thoughts

Lawn care business tips
I think that is very interesting. I applaud you for experimenting. You never know what will work or not until you try it. As you release your shows you can then get even further feedback on if they liked it or not. From there you can find which themes work best for your shows.
I am looking forwards to your holiday decorations show.

as am I
we fiinished filming it Saturday
It has already gone in for editing, but wow, there was a lot of footage. Our editor said we ended up with like 6 hours of footage. That was pretty much the whole time we where there. We covered how to make the monsters in the display, how to come up with a display, and as the main focus, we and built from scratch, an exact replica of a french guillotine from the year 1803. The only difference is that our blade is aluminum and does not move from its position for safety reasons. This episode will be online just before halloween.

speaking of future shows
i sent you an e-mail today about a show that I think we could incorporate your program into, I emailed it to the support address on the contact page.

let me know what you think,
I left my number at the end of the e-mail
give me a call, I want to speak to you anyway about your software, and the new palm pilot piece.
I am interested in them for next season, but want to know a few things about them

I got the email. I will write you back.

Also, have you considered possibly a holiday lighting and decoration show as well? Maybe others reading this could suggest other show topics.

we actually just got asked today for a maintenance training episode. Showing all the fundamentals of basic lawn maintenance. Operating the average mower, trimmer, blower, etc.
Its is being highly considered for next season

The holiday Lighting one is touchy. For one, its hard to get your hands on a good display job thats worth filming these days. And also, its very difficult work. I am sure we could put something good together though. I will run it by the creative team. Maybe we could push an episode or two back from season 1 and replace it with something like this. This way we could debut it in December.
Topics could include estimating lights
picking the right decorations
and the actual creation of a display
