Ive search, so please dont go there.

Im looking for waivers. I will be hiring some helpers from another landscaping company, and they dont have insurance or they are not bonded.

long story short, we will be working in residential neighborhoods and a few client want them(us too) to sign a waiver saying if they should get hurt, the client is not responsible....yada yada yada.

any body have a professial looking waiver?

Well here is something that you might be able to use. Maybe you could edit it for your own purposes and see if this resolves the issue.

Will it hold up in court?
