I need a waiver

Ive search, so please dont go there. Im looking for waivers. I will be hiring some helpers from another landscaping company, and they dont have insurance or they are not bonded. long story short, we will be working in residential neighborhoods and a few client want them(us too) to sign a waiver saying if they should get hurt, the client is not responsible....yada yada yada. any body have a professial looking waiver?
