real estate flyer download

I am trying to download the real estate flyer so that I can open it and edit it. When I download it and try to open it, it opens as 2 other folders and about 6 files. I have a agent I would like to email it to so I can get his opinion on it and possibly use it with him. But I need to edit it first with my info. Thanks

Hi Rob, I do wonder if more our forum members are having this same problem. Can you right click on the download file and then click save? It should save it as one file. The *.odt file.

I tried that and it will only save it as a image. Either a jpeg or bmp. I tried to open with ms publisher and it wouldn't show it.
I can open it as a picture but i don't think you can edit the words in a pic.
I need it in a document format.

Then left click on save as?

I don't know what the deal is.
I must not have the right program to open it.

seems like it is an openoffice file...

Openoffice.org is a free program. That is why I am using it now for flyers because everyone can download it and use it.

Let me know if you are able to download that program and then edit the flyers.

I haven't got a chance to do it. I need to download that program to do it. I know its probably easy after that.
