I appropriated one of the designs on the forum and modified it to suit my needs. *I hope that is acceptable, *I wanted to get some feedback on this design as a business card from you guys before I went any farther. * Comments, Suggestions, Likes, Dislikes?

Well Steve, My first answer was nothing.... but then I start thinking, I don't know. I'm open for suggestions. Perhaps a referal form?

That is a good idea!

You could have a section on there too that allows you to write in a price to offer different services so if you are out and about in a neighborhood, you could write in the price to say 'mow the yard.' Or if you see other services they may need?

Maybe a discount off your first service?

I am still adjusting the card. What do you think 1 vs 2? I need to put some more thought into the backside of the cards and the cost of getting them printed. I also need to find somone to print them. My original idea was to print them on photopaper (Thats the way we did our cards when I had the photolab) but that would be one sided. I'll check into printers this week.

I like #2 with the grass at the bottom but I like #1's larger font where you list your services.

Yea, so do I. I was messing around with what I needed to do if I were going to have them printed at vistaprint. Do you think that the grass in the background makes the text difficult to read?


Anyone have suggestions for the back of the card?

That is a good point. It does make it a little more difficult to read with the grass, but I still like the way it looks
