Hi, everybody!
Well I startet using cragislist.com last month and so far I've gained 4 new accounts, (so I guess it works for me), but how many here use or have used this site?
Also, i wanted to ask Steve if we have any ides on how to market the postings, or any letters/postings that we can use?
I've made a couple of them and I will post them later here, but first I want to know what you'll think about this one:

BUY LAWN ACCOUNTS: (is this even a good idea?)*
CLEAN-CUT Lawn Care Service LLC, offering top quality-Professional Job to your accounts. This is an upcoming Lawn Care Service Business owned and operated by a Self-motivated, Hard Working Gentleman, going on the Second season this year, so I’m planning to expand my clientele this year by serving CENTRAL BREVARD County.
-Too Tired over the Summer? …or can’t keep up during the hot season?
-Too Hard to work from Sunrise to Sundown?
-Too busy to take care of ALL of your accounts during the “Crunch Time”?
-Customers complaining about not cutting the lawn on time?

I am willing to buy Lawn Accounts, and the best part of all is that your Customers are going to be happy to know that you want to “Take Care” of their lawn by “referring” ME as their new Lawn Care Provider. It’s a win-win situation for all of us, your Customer will be happy by having a reliable, on-time, quality job LCO, and You by having more time to spend time with your love ones.
For more information or set up a meeting call me at (321) ***-****

...is not finished yet **-its late and today I was stuck at work for 13hrs tired, cant think no more, must... go... to... sleep. HELP!

Thank you!

Can you tell me a little more what you are thinking about with this question? I am not sure what you mean.

As far as buying accounts, hey it can't hurt to advertise it and see what kind of results you get, especially if the ad is free.

Check out this blog post and see if it helps more.

Suggestions on buying lawn care customer accounts.

All the leads i get from craigslist want me to service their lawn for next to nothing, so I quit posting ads there. In my opinion people are on craigslist to get the deal of a lifetime and i just cant afford to service a lawn for 80.00 a month.

Hello Steve, what I mean is that we have samplers/flyers for online postings.
here's mine:

...so, if anybody have tips, or thoughts on how to "edit/add" more things to make it look better (what to/or not say).

Thanks!

Fernando-
I would use some kind of program like MS publisher or photoshop and put all of that info into a colorful image and post it that way.
You need to stand out from the other guys that post on there that have just a standard ad.
This is mine and it works well for me:
[img]http://i227.photobucket.com/albums....mg]

There is alot of people just looking for deals on there. I have also got alot of good profitable jobs and accounts of off there.
Its free and only takes a min to post every morning so why not.
Just need to stand out from the rest also in the title of your posting. And repost every day so that your always on top.
If you need help posting your flyer on image as a craigslist let me know.

yes, in fact, I was going to ask you if your words still comes out on the Search engines (like yahoo, google), when people look for an LC Service, this is why I use all letters, and only use graphics for additional offers and stuff. Cuz what I understand is that the Image **its just an image, it doesn't have any information that the data-base can pick up, you know?
BTW, your add looks great. if it works for you, why not try it, right?

Thank you!
