Lawn care business tips
I like it and think it is very creative! Good job! Would you like to include some kind of coupons to try and get the customer to jump on an offer to call you within a certain period of time?

I like the layout, design, but I don't get it. I guess its the beginning header. It is cute, but doesnt really make sense.

I thought the flyer was humorous and it grabbed my attention.

If I were a potential customer who received this flyer I would spend a moment and read through it.

Which does make you wonder, can flyers that are cute or humorous play a role in marketing? Does it serve it's purpose to grab your attention? What's your view Brandon?

It grabbed my attention also. So you could say it worked. It was the pictures that were attention grabbing, and they are ok on there IMO, but I think the header could be reworded to make more sense. A good job on the design though.

This is a great post. I think anyway you can grab the potential customers attention for a few moments to get them to read your flyer, do it.

You could experiment with the header if you wanted too. Send the flyer to half your potential customer base with one header and a special code to track it. Then send the other half another flyer with a different header and put a unique code on that flyer.

This would help you find out which flyer brought you more customers. When the customer called you could offer them a specific discount printed on your flyer if they gave you the unique flyer promotional code.

Thats a good idea. I used to work for a business and we did door to door knocking when we were in a certain area. Each person would have different colored flyers with a discount offer to get them to bring it in the store. Our manager would track which color flyer was bringing in the most customers and find out which approach worked best.

I was just messing around thinking of a fun way to make a new flyer, something thats a little different and stands out from the normal flyers. Something funny that a customer would look at even if they are not ready so that maybe they would remember in the future. ANY ideas that anyone has on how to improve would be great and appreciated!

also I dont do residential mowing (I am only industrial right now) but am looking to expand into that market a little this summer for some fill in work which is why I joined this forum (which is awesome BTW!) this is why my flyer is pretty low quality hehe

Thanks guys

-Brian
