Craigslist ad that stood out

Here is a craigslist ad that stood out. What I liked about it was the text really painted a great picture of the owner, reaching out to the potential clients. You can't read this and not think you are connecting with him. He shares with you, he was brought up in the area and he takes his work very seriously. After reading his ad, you feel like you know him and you can trust him. What's your view on it?

I think its great. I've been noticing a lot more people posting images on craigslist. I can't figure out how. dose anyone know how to post pictures and images to craigslist ?

I like how he uses "competitive pricing" instead of affordable pricing. Thats a nice ad. I wonder if it attracts a better customer than your average generic ad. Like price shoppers or customers that make your job difficult all the time.

I used photobucket.com to post mine on craigslist. I don't know if this is the easiest way or not. But try this.
You make your ad and save it.
Then upload it to photobucket.
Copy and paste the html to your craigslist ad.

Was that ad created using photoshop?
