Quote[/b] ]As the end of 2006 approaches, are you going to reach your goals for th year? Do you know if youíll achieve the objectives you set out at the beginning of the year with respect to new customers, financial objectives, etc?
Whatís that you say? You didnít really have any goals set, so you donít know if youíve acquired the number of new cusotmers you wanted? Or, you didnít really have any financial goals, so you donít know if youíve reached your financial targets or not?
Well, if thatís you, letís just say youíre operating under tenuous circumstances. Youíre basically operating your business blindfolded. If you donít know where youíre headed, how will you know when youíve got there?
Fortunately, this time of year gives you an opportunity to start fresh, set new goals, and lay out a clear path for the next 12 months. If you donít know where to start, I encourage you to check out my program, Ď7 Little Known Steps to Putting an End to All the Marketing Mayhem, Madness, and MiscuesĎ
, which will give you step-by-step instructions on how to put together a very clear plan for taking your business to the next level.
But whether or not you decide to invest in my program, I strongly encourage you to put together at the very least some semblence of a plan. Be sure to include goals for new customers, retention %, financial goals, etc.
If youíll take the time and put in the effort to do this, I promise youíll really look back on 2007 and thank yourself.
