Ok so I downloaded this online billing software package a couple of months ago and I finally got it running, somewhat, since there is no documentation included and the author will not respond to my emails. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there knows thier way around php and xml and if so can I receive some help finding the email settings?
you can visit the site and take a test drive on an account I set up.
http://clarksystems.net and login with username: joe and password: joe.

I will also upload the file if allowed so others can use it if interested.

I'd certainly consider seriously going with someone else if they don't respond to your emails right away. Or rather I would just ship immediately and move on to another online billing software. How could you function with this program if there is absolutely no support? There are a lot of other options out there.

Let me ask you a question. Can you set up accounts for each of your accounts assiagn your customers a login name and password for them to login and print out there invoice? Its is MySQL database back end ? If not its worthless! Also can does it have a nofity so you can let the customer know when they have invoice ? Check out the one I made a few years ago. Well after doing some research i decided to give up on my first choice of software due to the fact that there are tons of FREE scripts that will do everything i need. I settled on a program called ICDBILL and it can be found here http://www.icdbill.com. Also for those that are in the market for online billing software, there is a bunch of FREE scripts located at http://www.hotscripts.com
