I agree. I think testimonials are the best. I try to always make sure my customers are happy with the service I provide.
That must be a bigger company and its probably hard to have one on one customer service once you get bigger to make sure everyone is happy.
Seems like some people you can't make happy though no matter what. I had one of those and she finally cancelled a month ago.
