Lawn care business tips
Tony,

Very nice work!

The small outdoor decals, are they for lawn care equipment? Or How best should you use them?

Also was the tshirt silk screened or is that a thermal transfer?

Yes, most people put the small ones on equipment, some are also using them on marketing matterials (like folders).

The yellow shirt is screen printed and the ash shirt is a digital transfer.

How big can you make digital transfers for shirts?

That really looks awesome!

That would be plenty large for a shirt!

Have you done any that size yet that you have a picture of?

Tony,

A lot of times on here someone will design a full colored logo with a gradient in the logo. Something that might be difficult to print with a silk screening.

From your opinion, which do you prefer, silk screened shirts or digital transfers?

And why do you like one over the other better?

Steve,

Well first off screen printing a gradient is not that hard if you know what your doing, but its more expensive unless you are doing a large number of shirts. Screen printing anything more than 1 color is too expensive to most people when you only want 10 or so shirts.

The full color digital print is a better option for most lawn company's since there is no color limit, can use actual photos as backgrounds, can make as few as 1 but of course if you order more they get a little cheaper. IMO this is perfect for people looking for 1-24 shirts with multiple colors.
Another nice thing is that you do NOT have to have the same thing on each shirt...for example if you want you would do the front left chest with your logo and then do 3 shirts with the name "john", 3 shirts with the name "frank", and 3 shirts with the name "Steve" as well as the logo/phone/web on each.

I like the digital print better, the colors are great and they are much more customizable then our screen printed. As well as much more eco friendly.

We will be upgrading some equipment later this year which will allow for a larger print (about 20x20).

Did i miss anything?

.

That makes sense. Thanks for explaining it.

If you get a chance, I'd love to see a larger digital transfer shirt
