I bit the guys that poured it were thinking - yeah okay this builder is a idiot to think this is actually going to be functional. But will take the money.

Two things..1. WHAT inspector signed off on THAT? and 2. Dont know where that is, but wouldnt be fun in winter up here in ohio! How about PLOWING it!

That house will never sell. They just totally ruined the value of a perfectly good brand new house. They've eliminated the opportunity to sell to: elderly, parents with young children, people with chronic or existing illnesses... well #### the list goes on so long it would take more time than I am willing to write. My guess is there are only a few people that would be willing to overlook something like this but I couldn't even imagine who they might be.

OK, so it suits your needs. Try reselling it. Very stupid contractor. I can't believe somebody along the way didn't say "aaah Bob,... I think this may be an issue here..." or whatever. I can't even laugh about it because it's so ridiculous.
