I am new to Gopher and trying to figure out the best way to keep track of all these customers for our spring cleanups. Initially, we complete an estimate. When they call to confirm we would normally move them to a "go ahead list" When the job has been completed, we would move them to a "work complete" list. What is the best way to keep track of everyone using Gopher??? Thanks.
Gopher doesn't have a feature that would easily lend itself to this. You could create a new customer category type called Cleanup Status, and then create two categories within that type called "GO AHEAD" and "NO GO" and then just move the customers back and forth. But you couldn't print that. It would just be for your internal records. Would that help you at all?
