Work orders & billing

I have been trying out the Gopher Pro demo (lawn fert programs using the job series feature). *It seems that my only option for work orders and billing is to print daily job sheets, then mail invoices after work is completed. *What I am Looking to do is have work orders that can be printed (daily or as a batch) that a portion of is left with the customer containing pertinent application info and a payment stub while the remainder goes back with me as my paperwork. *Is there any way to do this type of setup? Any other Lawn fert guys out there, how do you handle this??? Any comments would be appreciated... *I could save lots of postage if I didn't have to mail all those invoices Thanks!

Lawn care business tips

You could print your daily job sheets, then mark the jobs as complete and generate your invoices before heading out.

is this my only option? What do others do ?

For now that's the only way to print out a bill that you can leave with the customer.
