Regarding the scanner wand...if you have a wireless mouse,
does that have any negative impact on using the wand?
Secondly, if a customer doesn't return the payment stub
where the barcode is located, you then have nothing to
scan for payment. *Am I missing something...I am thinking
about purchasing software, but have just been using the
download for my second day.

Very good point. Since one of our customers did bring this up in the past we have added a special report just for this reason. Its called the Upcoming Payments Report. Simply print this out and you can check off each payment on the report as they come in. Then at the end of the month simply scan across the payments you have received.

Go to the reports section of Gopher.
