Job Schedule

I am unable to print the schedule for the day, week, or month job schedule. I go to preview the page and it says: Access violation at address 00402A72 in module 'gopher2004.exe'. Write of address 00000000. *I try to print without previewing and it says: Error! Canvas not yet active. Is there something wrong with my printer or is it the program? I use Gopher 2004.

Hi aperfectlawn, Are you able to print anything else? Gopher invoices? If not that, then anything else from any other program? Other things to check: Do you have a printer connected? Do you have a printer driver installed?

I am able to print invoices. I do not have any other problems printing out of any other program.

Does the problem occur after restarting your computer?

If so, make sure you have the latest version (v3.2.3) by downloading gopher2004.exe from:
www.gophersoftware.com/update

I downloaded all updates and I am still getting the problem.

Does anyone else have this problem?

This issue was resolved by re-installing Gopher.
