Agreement for Lawn Care Maintenance

Service Agreement

Lawn service is to be provided on a weekly basis on a scheduled day each week during the growing season. In the event of inclement weather the services provided will be scheduled for the next available day. Lawn service will include mowing all turf areas, trimming all turf areas inaccessible to mower with line trimmer, edging all walkways and driveways, blowing all resulting clippings with a power blower and disposing of clippings and debris. The cost for this service will be $ ****- per week. This agreement shall commence on ****** and continue thereafter as long as both parties are satisfied.

Additional service may be provided as needed at customer request.

Notes To Service Agreement

If you are not satisfied with the level of service you are being provided please notify Timber Creek Lawn & Landscape immediately so that we can correct this in a timely manner. Timber Creek Lawn & Landscape strives to complete work in a respectable manner each and every visit.

If a dog is kept on the property, customer must have lawn free of pet droppings, when contractor is scheduled to service lawn, or customer will be charged a $5 equipment clean-up fee per visit.

Timber Creek Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for any damage of items .........

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of Month Day, Year, by and between Contractor, whose business is located at Contractors Address, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and Homeowner's Name, hereinafter referred to Homeowner, whose residence is located at The Home's Address. Witnesseth, that Homeowner wishes to have home improvement and other services provided at the address given above and Contractor has agreed to provide such services in compliance with the terms and conditions and for the consideration set forth as follows:

1. Scope of Work

Contractor shall perform all of the work shown on the Plans and/or described in the Specifications set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. The work shall be performed by Contractor on the property located at The Home's Address . Contractor shall furnish all of the materials, licenses, permits and any and all other products and services required for the completion of the work under this Agreement.
2. Time of Completion

This contract is an agreement between **********-, herein after referred to as the contractor, and **********-, herein after referred to as the client. Contractor and client hereby promise and agree to the following: The contractor agrees to provide the services detailed in the following specifications and attached Technical Addendum. A maintenance worksheet will be supplied to the client each time work is done. The client agrees to pay the charges specified herein.

PART I - LAWN MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS:

A. Mowing, Edging, and Trimming: All turf areas shall be mowed once per week from April 1 through October 31. The rest of the year mowing will be done as needed so that not more than 1/3 of the leaf blades are.........

It is the responsibility of the customer to insure lawn is free of toys, hoses, garden hose-style lawn sprinklers, cords, etc. before contractor arrives to service lawn. Contractor must have access to lawn on day service is to be provided. If contractor arrives at customer’s property to provide service, but cannot gain access to property (due to a locked gate for example), contractor will charge customer regular service charge, even though contractor was unable to provide service........

PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL

INTRODUCTION
Landscape Contracting and maintenance is labor (people) oriented. Therefore, the success and growth of this firm, and of the industry is totally dependent upon well-trained, well-qualified and satisfied personnel.

SENIORITY
New employees are to be considered of probationary status for the first ninety (90) days of work. At the conclusion of said period, an employee’s length of continuous service shall serve purpose for seniority.
Crew chiefs have higher seniority over laborers, and foremen shall oversee crew chiefs.

WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Employees are covered by State Workmen’s Compensation while on the job. (This does not extend to time driving to or from work). Further, State Unemployment Compensation covers employees for periods of unemployment.
Should an employee be dismissed from a job for reasons stated.........
