x-ray,

I like the recent postcard design you did #543. I would like you to use that as the general format for the front. I would like you to use yellow as the background color. My services are as follows:

Mowing
Fertilization
Core Areation
Overseeding
Spring / Fall Cleanups
Shrub / Tree Pruning
Irrigation Repair
Snowplowing

FREE spring cleanup
with seasonal mowing service
Offer ends april 16th

Call Now to sign up
616-550-7987

Please use bullets before the services and use them in the listed order.

Under my logo put Lawn maintenance - Landscape - Snow Reomoval.

For my logo use: Big enough to get your business small enough to keep it.

Please use a generic pic for now. I am still making a final decision on what pic I will use. I will post it shortly.

Thanks,

CLS

X-ray,

* * Here is a list of changes please:

1. *Please remove irrigation repair and replace it with Mulch
Installation

2. *Change snowplowing to Snow Removal

3. *List Spring Cleanup and then Fall Cleanup as seperate
* * services.

3. *Try highlighting my free offer in a white box. *Make my *
* * offer bolder in text too please.

4. *Flip my slogan and Lawn Maintenance-Landscape-Snow
* * Removal. * Take the period out of my slogan. *Change the
* * color of: Lawn Maintenance-Landscape-Snow Removal
* * to match the color of my logo where it says lawn and
* * landscape.

5. *Try using this pic:

x-ray,

Excellent work so far. *Just a few more changes and then we can work on the back.

1. *Please change "mowing" service to "lawn" service in the
* * white box. *Also can you put some kind of symbol in
* * front and after FREE. *Mabey like this*. *I just want to
* * draw as much attention to the word FREE as possible.

2. *Please change my phone # to read like this: *
* * (616) 550-7987

3. *I assume that the dotted line is where the card is cut.
If so is there any way to get a little bit more of the
pic on the card?

Again great work so far.

CLS

I can make the image bigger but I would have to make your logo smaller.

x-ray,

Please remove the * symbol. *I decided I don't like it. *Also leave the pic the size it is. *I don't want my logo any smaller.

Other than that the front is done. *Great job!

Here is what I've come up with for the back. *Please create 3 coupons. *Here is what I want each to say:

1. *FREE spring cleanup(bold print)

* **with seasonal lawn
* * *service only(smaller print in italics)

2. *1 FREE fertilization(bold print)

* **with seasonal lawn
* * *service only(smaller print in italics)

3. *15% off core areation

* **NO seasonal service(bold print)
* * *required(smaller print in italics

Please find and appropriate place to list this disclamer:
Limit one coupon per customer per year

I would like to see my logo, phone #, and licensed & insured displayed somewhere as well.

Lastly I am including another pic I want on the back. *The bigger the better.

I'm handing these out door to door, so no need to make room for the postoffice.

Thanks,

cls

I can't figure out how to post my pic. May I e-mail you the pic?

Hi cls,

Are you planning on mailing these postcards or handing them out? If you are going to be mailing them, you have to keep in mind USPS postal regulations as you design them.

Also, I sent you a PM on how to get us your image, please check your private messages.

Use this guide to learn more.

YELLOW ZONE - No addresses with a Zip Code & State.
This will eliminate the risk of your postcards being returned to you by the Postal automation process. If necessary, an address can be placed in this area if it does not contain a state or zip code. The Post Office will scan this entire area for recipient addresses and zip codes.

RED ZONE - No text/graphics greater than 7% grayscale.
The only text allowed in the addressing area is the recipient mailing address. Unless instructed otherwise, we will automatically comply with these guides when typesetting your card. We recommend following this guide if you are designing your own card. If we are mailing your cards, this guide must be followed.

I will be taking these door to door. I will NOT be mailing these. No need to worry about the postoffice regulations. Thanks for looking out for me though.

Also I sent a copy of my pic.
