Default weeds growing through pavers

anyone know of a efficient way to get weeds and grass growing up from a brick paver driveway. I kinda screwed myself telling a customer I would take care of it.I worked at it with a string trimmer for a bit but now just gonna return with some roundup.

Or tho ground clear, sold at Walmart. Will keep weeds and grass out for 6 to 8 months, even though it says a year.

This product kills by getting into the soil so you would want to spray a decent amount to let it get into the ground, but not so much that it runs off because it will kill everything growing where. It runs off.
If you want to use it all the time... like spraying the cracks in all your customers driveways and the such, there is a product called Barrier at tractor supply. It is more expensive in the bottle at 39.99 a bottle but it treats almost 10x the area. Ortho ground clear is 29.99 and treats 716 sq ft. The barrier at TS is 39.99 and treats 7,300 sq ft.

If you want more of an instant kill spray with roundup, wait 2 weeks and then spray with one of then above products, referred to as a ground sterilizer. Remember in most states you can't charge to apply these products without a license. But you can do it "free".

NOT TRUE - If you get caught using ANY chemicals except fertilizer, you are applying pesticides. No Matter what state you live in. You are required to have a permit from the state EPA. Here in Florida you have to pay 300 for the test (non refundable ) and prove 1M in liability ins-BEFORE CAN TAKE THE TEST.

Glyphosphate use in any quantity can be applied by an unlicensed person in my state. (watch me be wrong and get a massive fine)

although i am licensed and insured as well as provide these services i have always felt it was nothing but a money grab.

any non licensed person can go out and buy the same products and the only real difference is the level of concentration.
with a little math and discarding the instructions on the label you can take any product available at home cheapo or any other outlet and rival the more expensive concentrate that we as pro's use.

the whole licensing thing started out with good intentions but in this day and age it is almost pointless because most of the misuse of chemicals and the resulting damage it causes is from all the happy home owners that can go buy it and apply it willy nilly without any regulation.

If I remember correctly. In Texas,

You must be licensed, either commercial license or private license, to buy or apply any restricted use product. And you must have a commercial licensed to apply a product for compensation.

You do not need to be licensed to apply any over the counter chemical, if you are not being compensated for it. Or to apply it to any property that you own, rent or MAINTAIN. As long as it is not a restricted use chemical.

You can also use any product if under the supervision of a licensed applicator. Licensed applicator does NOT need to be present, unless noted on the label of the product.

I operate under the license of my dad, who does most of my big spraying jobs. But he does not have to be present for me to apply a product unless specifically stated in the label.

I have studied for my test, haven't got to take it. Wanted to this winter but took a concrete stamping and staining class so didn't get to take the class. But I plan to this winter.
