Price increase letter.

Month, Day, Year

RE: Price Increase

Dear Mr. Jones,

Due to an increase in our fuel costs, effective Oct 1st, we will be increasing the price of our mowing service from $X per mowing to $Y per mowing.

In the past we have been able to absorb such costs as higher prices for gasoline, machine and vehicle maintenance. We are no longer able to do so.

Since our goal is to continue to provide you with the highest quality services, we believe this is our best course of action.

We hope that you’ll agree even with the new price, YOUR Lawn Care remains a great lawn care service provider.

If you have any questions about this matter or anything else, do not hesitate to contact me any time.

Your Truely,
Your Name
