Prep for bermuda grass

I have a property; The front is all bermuda, and back mostly fescue. The client wants all bermuda. I have seeded before, but never bermuda. How do I prep. the back for seeding?

Bermuda does best when planted when the soil temperature is above 65 degrees and always plant after the green up of bermuda lawns in your area. So when his front is greened up then you can plant the bermuda in the back if the soil temperature is 65 degrees or higher. Bermuda seems to grow anywhere but if the customer is very picky and wants a perfect lawn go ahead and do the soil test to be sure that all the soil levels are correct.
