Do not call me Saturday expecting me to clear your driveway. It will take me about 12 hours to get to you, if not more. As a snow removal contractor I have responsibility to my customers who were smart enough to arrange for plowing in advance. If you expect me to drop everything I'm doing, to go plow 18" out of your driveway, I will think you're a 12 year old prank calling. You might not like what I'm saying. In that case you can call a hack to plow for beer money. He'll show up and plow your unmarked drive right into your garage. If he even has a truck. Good Luck.

I think its funny. I got a call for a driveway a few hours later. 75 ft $200 for 2 passes.

I posted this because people think they can call on short notice and get emergency service. I use to leave my normal add up but as soon as I tell them it will be 4,6,8, hours they call someone else. I showed up several times and the drive was already clear. They dont even have the nerve to call and say hey I dont need you anymore.

After working 20-30 hours straight I rather sleep then deal with people like this. If I needed the business I wouldnt post this. I expect 30-100 phone calls saturday morning.

I cant tell if its working or not. Yesterday I woke up to 13 voicemails, today 17. I started calling people back telling them $150-$250 for a driveway. Everyone said yes! The people that call tomorrow are screwed. At least I can fit these people in my route.
