Believe or not-Picked up another yard today

We were mowing (mulching of course) a yard when the neighbor came over and asked how much we charge. I told her, and she said that she was going away for the rest of the year (visiting family) but wanted us to start mowing her yard in January. I love living in Florida, How are you guys doing in the cold north?????

Way to rub it in steve. I have a leaf clean up today and finish my mowing for the year tomorrow. Then its time to hibernate, drink lots of beer, and plot my attack plan for next year. I hope all goes well in sunny, hot florida, where you mow more than us, making for a more steady job. I hope you enjoy making more money, while im getting pounded by snow.

Pretty good... Turning down drives and commercial lots left and right. I can sit inside all winter and still make 3xs my mowing money. Most north guys will make more money in the winter then the spring. The difference is we have to work in the spring.

I got one this week who wanted me to start when they go back to New York in April, so that makes two this week.

I am taking it easy this winter working everyother week in yards, and a few pressure washing jobs.

I need to have some time off, working in that 100 degree weather during the summer really s-u-c-k-s

Hey I used to live in Alaska, Spent one winter in northern Germany, and a few other weeks in several different very cold areas. That is why now I live in florida. Today the high was in the 70's and I wore a jacket.
