Lawn care business tips

I have never cared what my competitors are doing. I offer my services to people and they either take it or they don't. I know what I can do work for and that is the only thing I worry about.

I haven't had a trick played on me...yet. Mostly my competitors are friendly. There are some douche bags at the green depot but most are quite friendly. Even had a guy come help me shovel out my truck box the other day as he saw I broke my rake & broom.
