I dont have a problem with the head. Has held up well for me.

I just got one and used it for the 3rd time. Love it so far. I've used the brand many times before, but the speed feed is insane. It doesn't take long to reload at all.

I just got the srm-225 as a return to home depot for $110 looks like used once runs great (new $220)

Like I said before, I think the speed feed is awesome. Super easy and quick. 5 year warranty too.
