Haha! When i was buying my hedge trimmer i looked at a used one somebody was selling and when I bought it he told me to just use a chain saw. I laughed but he looked dead serious.

Well that does depend on how far back you are cutting them. Hedges are best cut at ground level.

Thats a nice saw. I have a MS 261 thats about 5 years old. Never had a problem but I havent put it to heavy use.

Starts first pull and the chain is sharp. I bought it at a auction from a farmer that repairs chainsaws. He had a few dozen and at least 30 parts saws.
